I was very impressed with the wonderful service and attention I was given, the flowers were delivered in a timely manner inspite of the fact that my fian'ce had her phone turned off while at work. I was notified however of the problem and left email messages for her asking her to call chinaflower.com as soon as she could. She received the flowers, they were beautiful and so was the vase that came with the flowers. I certainly will be doing business with you in the future. I ordered flowers in the evening in the USA, for delivery in Shanghai. They arrived about three hours after I ordered them. The delivery man drove a long way to make the delivery. Fantastic, dedicated service. The flowers showed up in a beautiful arrangement with stylish presentation, nice paper and purple bow. All of this for a reasonable price. I’m very pleased with flowers that have been sent- and flowers only, the photo and description was containing golden/ yellow papers in industrial newspapers and amber ribbon. flowers have been delivered in brown paper and brown ribbon - and it was very feasible that it didn’t make The effect I wanted. For the price payed I was expecting excellent service but received average. Definitely there is a room for improvement.
